Pros

1. Fantastic management, 2. Wonderful co-workers. 3. Very flexible hours. 4. Good pay for the field of work (if you’re willing to work for it). 5. A company atmosphere full of understanding and logical approaches when dealing with employees.

Cons

1. Depending on your position, you could be driving a considerable amount without great compensation for it. 2. Not for a person who likes a 9:00-5:00, 5 day a week work week. 3. Workload can be overwhelming. 4. Not for a person who needs accountability to get their work completed correctly and on time. 5. The initial training for the job is lacking. You will be expected to learn quickly and refine your skills as you gain experience.

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
