Pros

Staff is easy to work with and the hours are very flexible. You're able to really bond with the families you work with.

Cons

Challenge is no paid sick days. Salary is low for masters degreed professionals. No mileage, no equipment stipend.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
