You can make your own schedule If you already work 40 hours a week, they won't have a problem giving you more hours due to making 12 an hour until after 36 hours when the plus pay rate kicks in.
Cons
Management has favorites. Rotating door for QMHP Supervisors concerned with budgets instead of employees and families Office is always dirty Plenty of job opportunities, if you are a friend of the director or supervisors Management makes promises they can't keep I have to clean the office when I get to work because the director doesn't want to pay a person to come in regularly and I don't want to get sick. The budget is balanced but nothing else is. Supervisor leave often to go to the gym and take long cigarette breaks during business hours. Supervisors tell the residents that they'll be in the office when they are doing outpatient, but the main office is closed, most of the time outpatient is in session. NO LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ON SITE!!!
