Pros

The biggest pro is how wonderful members of the management team are. I truly feel supported in my work and feel like my team cares about me! The flexibility in your schedule that this company offers is also amazing. As a therapist I have a lot of flexibility in setting my hours around what works best for me, and allows me to continue to put my family first!

Cons

The cons would be salary, but honestly it is not just an HCA thing. It is just known that our profession does not pay the most. HCA offers a good competitive rate for salary for the profession I am in.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
