Pros

You get to help children in need.

Cons

They don't give proper training. I was allowed to shadow someone for three days. They threw all the training I needed online and told me to complete it myself at home with no guidance. They advertised $17/hr but in reality they only paid $12.98/hr with a bachelor's degree.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
