Pros

The job allows you to do what you would normally need a masters to do and can be rewarding.

Cons

The pay sounds good at first but the number of travel hours, paperwork hours, and other unpaid things takes up about 30% of your time... and you aren't getting paid for any of it. You are only paid while you are with the client and IF they show up. Management is a joke. It's their own clubhouse of catty women.

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
