the job itself is fun and challenging clients are easy to work with some can be rewarding

Cons

management is very shaky pay is low facility is unkempt and does not feel like staff is appreciated due to minimal benefits leadership pushes "self care" yet does not pay sick days document everything very low reimbursement on mileage comparatively

Our full-time employees are provided benefits that support their wellness including 6 observed holidays, 2 floating “my holidays,” and paid time off that can be utilized for vacations, sick days, or even mental health days. Additionally, our organization offers access to the Employee Assistance Program, which even comes with eight complimentary counseling sessions. Employees should contact Human Resources for the help and support they require if they have any worries about their immediate leadership.

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
