- Lots of client contact hours to get through licensure requirements - Supervision for licensure (although quality of supervisors is questionable)

Cons

- Caseloads are too heavy - When overwhelmed with too many clients, management will gaslight you and say you have a time management problem

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
