Connection in individual teams can be really great. Generally speaking, everyone wants to be helpful and do their job well.

Cons

Most of the staff are so overworked they aren't able to keep up and don't have the bandwidth to go above and beyond. Expectations are constantly changing without consideration to current workloads. The company regularly restructures to avoid adjustments to pay. Leadership can be difficult to trust at times.

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
