I have been working as a Software Engineer at Health Fidelity since last year. It has been a great experience so far. I was involved in some exciting projects, which required me to do some research and gain new skills and knowledge. We have a very flexible time off and work from home policies, which I think is very rare. I think the best part of working in a small company is everyone knows what you do, and it is very easy to reach out to anyone. The upper management makes special efforts to make sure that all of the employees' questions, concerns, or feedback get addressed. HR is very helpful and super responsive. I strongly recommend working at Health Fidelity for good perks and benefits, excellent career growth opportunities, and a great work-life balance.
