Pros

Really chill atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Dev Ops tooling is modern.

Cons

No strong engineering culture (priority is familiarity not using the best tool for the job). Dated dev tools (Java Spring, jQuery, Rails 4). Apathy runs rampant, you get the sense that if they were going to "make it", they would have by now. No culture.
