Pros

The office culture is, for the most part, very friendly. Company is generally pretty transparent with the day to day business deals and company financials.

Cons

Way too much support on applications that nobody knows anything about. Restructuring is constantly happening because of the high turnover, so don’t get used to an application. Chances are you won’t work in one space for very long (could be a pro if you enjoy that kind of thing). Rather than having a team for an application, there is about 3 applications for every 1 software engineer in the company. Due to the volume of work there is seldom teamwork as people are so buried in tasks.
