Pros

Terrific technology with multiple programming and data platforms. Good opportunity to learn about NLP, inference and data science. Diversity is encouraged and is visible across the company. Management is transparent about financial goals.

Cons

Located on the peninsula so unless you have access to Caltrain you are looking at a significant commute.
