Pros
Excellent management that maintains company focus and clarity of strategy. Very transparent. Executives can be tough, but are pragmatic and reasonable. Work/life balance is quite good for a startup. I have worked nights and weekends but that is the exception, and only required of us when truly necessary. The people here are really easy to work with. There is no sense of competition, and everyone helps each other, helping balance the workload and creating a sense of community that is really nice and, in my experience, rare. No micromanagement. You are judged on where your product or project goes, not how it gets there. Finally, I feel personally invested in the success of the company, and Health Fidelity is very well positioned to great progress over the next few years. I'm excited to see what the future brings.
Cons
We are outgrowing our current office and will need to move some of the company to another location while we find a more permanent solution. Not ideal, but a symptom of positive growth. Some roles and teams are remote though still in the states, making communication more difficult at times.
