Don't bother this place does not value its employees - Registered Nurse Health First Employee Review

Too much turn over of management, not enough training, poor communication from managment, peers complain mgmt via email about peers, cut-throat environment, peers verbally abusive, staff to nurse ratio dangerous, charge nurses sit around doing nothing and don't offer support answer questions, mgmt keeps adding on responbilites- do I need to say more
