      Pros

      Holmes was great back in the '80s. Ned Wilford took care of us. He started the PL system.

      Cons

      In my opinion, Things started going down hill in the early '90s. They tried a cross training program that caused more harm than good. It was called Patient Focused Care, or Priority One. But the change to the PL program as well as departmental management forced me into early retirement.

      Great pay, over time available

      Cons

      Staffing and nurse assignments are based on favoritism, management does not get involved.
