      Competitive salary, great benefits, opportunity for growth, great coworkers and atmosphere, PTO and Sick Bank are separate, employee moral is pretty good.

      Cons

      Micromanagement GALORE, training is very minimal, new processes take very long to go into affect, Excessive IT issues with kicking you out of the server unexpectedly.
