      The hours are flexible, the overtime is always available

      Cons

      My pay was cut by a large amount when I went full time. I had to work my buns off each week, just to make ends meet. When I put my patients needs above my own, I got called a liar, a trouble maker and was treated badly.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
