      Melbourne is a nice area and the hospitals are all close to beaches. Busy trauma center

      Too many prn that do whatever they want bc management would rather use prn instead of full time

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
