      None they penalize you for taking days off when sick

      Cons

      Scariest place I've ever worked. Patient care is horrible. Management is all about money. Co-workers constantly complain about being short staffed.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
