Pros

The health insurance for full time employees is very affordable, and provides great coverage. Salaries are fair, and the company seems to respect employees. Other benefits include dental, vision, 401k matching, gym membership, and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Not enough paid leave time. They say you get 3 weeks a year, but holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving come out of that time. There are no paid holidays, so at least one week a year goes towards the various holidays, and you have no choice but to take them off. The company offers sick time, but you are penalized through the "points" system if you take a sick day. They are also extremely strict about clocking in and out on time. If you're even one minute late, you are penalized with more points. Most departments do not offer flexible work schedules. And if your manager does approve it, it's very tedious for the timekeeper due to the strict scheduling rules.

great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

Cons

company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
