      Pros

      It’s one of the largest employers in Brevard County.

      Cons

      The larger HF has become, the further they are getting away from understanding and putting there employees first. Both clinical and non clinical are overworked and underpaid. The employees who don’t give 100% are far more likely to be rewarded and promoted versus the employee who goes above and beyond.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
