-Expected to clean toilets, exercise machines, whirlpools, pick up dirty towels, do laundry -Pay isn’t that great -Dead end job -Not enough hours -Hard to find people to cover shifts

Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

Cons

3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
