      Takes good care of patients

      Cons

      Low nursing staff. After working at many different hospitals systems (six years of travel nursing), I've never seen a hospital system put their doctors on a god-like pedestal. Nurses are nothing and and are dispensable. Disclaimer* I currently work for this hospital system and do wish for improvements. Hopefully with Adventhealth buying them out there will be a better future.

      Pros

      Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

      Cons

      3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
