Consistent 40 hours every week Great benefits Overtime when available Weekends off Most holidays off Benefits start after 90 days PTO Accrues every paycheck

Cons

Very high call volume Relatively high turnover rate Not enough reps to keep call queues below 30 Call out policy is pretty trash Career growth is pretty non existant

great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

Cons

company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
