      Pros

      Great philosophy, involved in the community, positive work environment. I pinch myself each day so I know it's real, working at a nice job in a nice building with such nice people.

      Cons

      I've quit waiting for a downside. There doesn't seem to be one.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
