Leadership makes decisions based on little to no interaction with the associates that will be impacted. Salary is not competitive, culture is mediocre, and you must be willing to play the political games to grow. There is a lack of standardization throughout the IDN including processes, expectations, and policies; most left up to "manager discretion". The organization could benefit from more diversity, engagement, and a people first culture shift.
