Pros

It's pretty easy when you get the concept of it. Very fast paced, makes the day go by quick.

Cons

Short break, feels like you're out then clocking back in Nurses are sometimes hard to work with, when you need information on the patient.

Pros

Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

Cons

3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
