      Pros

      I'm per diem so I can make my own schedule I can work as much or as little as I want as long as I fulfill my requirements

      Cons

      Per diem means no kind of insurance The point system isn't the best (ex.) If there are any emergencies and need to call out, you will get a point -Corrective action begins at 8+ points

      Pros

      Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

      Cons

      3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
