      Understaffed a lot, lots of tripling in ICU. No separate sick time from PTO.

      Pros

      Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

      Cons

      3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
