      Pros

      I enjoy my time with the healthcare employees in all of the units, I do float around often so I encounter most of the healthcare team.

      Cons

      I would like to see more policies be implicated in a similar way on all of the unit. More consistency would be great for the employees and the patient safety.

      Pros

      Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

      Cons

      3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
