Pros

You have enough hours to earn your living.

Cons

18 patients/cna pooping all night. It is modern-day slavery. They seem to want all CNAs to die while providing care to patients.

We understand how difficult it can be to work in the medical field, especially as hospital systems throughout the country strive to meet the needs of patients with adequate staffing. Health First is actively recruiting and hiring CNAs and other medical professionals, and we will continue to do all we can to support our associates.

Pros

Great ICU team. A few non welcoming cliquey girls, but 75% will feel like family

Cons

3:1 ratio in an ICU should never happen, or if it literally has to, be very rare. It happens weekly here. Also get floated to PCU and med surg often
