      Pros

      The only pros are that you work bedside 12 hour shifts and are off 4/days a week with a great benefits package.

      Cons

      Working here you are constantly understaffed and administration does not care about patient safety. When things happen, employees are to blame instead of the admin allowing unsafe conditions to exist.
