      Big system with many resources for the community.

      Cons

      As with most health care systems, administrators make decisions not in the best interest of practitioners. They don't make efforts to keep employees. Hospital based physician group not motivated by patient care.

      great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

      Cons

      company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
