      Pros

      It was good for a while but the upper management teams keeps getting switched causing confusion with new upper management that don’t know much about how the company works.

      Cons

      Compensation was well for a while but then they kept changing the structure mid quarter to make it confusing and pay less. Operations is very disorganized and upper management doesn’t listen to the little guys that are actually bringing in the revenue. We were told there was no more product left without any heads up and they wanted to change our roles.

      Pros

      Traditional, structured corporate environment. Strong sense of job security, defined work-life boundaries, company closes for the entire week between Christmas and New Year's, quarterly fitness reimbursement, free parking, good food and shopping options nearby.

      Cons

      Company wide "requirement" of 3 in-person days per week is inconsistently enforced, depending on how far away you live and if you have kids. Day to day tasks are boring, monotonous, tedious, largely unfulfilling. Cubicle layout is depressing, isolating, old-fashioned. Bad healthcare plan. No incentives or opportunities to socialize with coworkers. The industry can feel unethical at times.
