Pros
They value their associates, take pride in serving the military population and generally run an effective operation. They are transparent from the top down, which is a much-welcomed trait after my previous employer.
Cons
IT systems remain the biggest challenge; difficult to advance your career with this company; merit increases are substandard; would be nice to maintain annual merit increases and make them more substantial.
