Pros

Great company as far as transparency of communication at the ETL Remote positions available

Cons

Working on laptop having to use several different VDIs from that same laptop is extremely cumbersome. The department managers use a different internal communication application than the rest of the team members. This makes it difficult for them to be a part of team chat discussions where their attention is needed with responses in real-time.

Last position held as a QA was a learning new system for everyone, so procedures were often developed as we went for workflow. Unfortunately, I’ve held two positions as a claims processor with the VA program and QA with the ACD program for the west region, the department contract not renewed, therefore, there was a company wide layoff.
