      Remote and the BAs were always friendly.

      “Supervisors” (but not management) would talk poorly behind my back and sometimes directly to me. When I brought it to my actual manager I was promptly terminated the next day.

      Last position held as a QA was a learning new system for everyone, so procedures were often developed as we went for workflow. Unfortunately, I’ve held two positions as a claims processor with the VA program and QA with the ACD program for the west region, the department contract not renewed, therefore, there was a company wide layoff.
