Work life balance can be difficult High turn over rate

- starting pay is okay - work around your schedule (can have manys days off in a row if you work many days in a row) - good benefits - on the job training - working with patients - repetition job

- work short staff everyday so very draining - pay should be higher - so many policies - late shifts if you are a closer and do not get paid much more for being a closer - not appreciated - have to work every other saturday
