A continuous cycle of toxicity - Registered Dietitian Health Systems Management Employee Review

The organization is very unprofessional overall. All clinics are consistently toxic. Management is known to retaliate against employees who provide ideas to improve the clinics work environment . Favored staff are enabled to disrespect and target other staff members without being reported or reprimanded. Staff training is inadequate. The pay is not competitive. Certain staff are allowed bonuses and others are not, which is indeed unfair when all are working overtime. There is no work-life balance and management is not open to or willing to provide such.
