Great sales team! Most everyone there is like family no one another.

Management does not listen to advice. I came into the organization with 4 degrees and 2 certificates. I offered many suggestions for improvement. No consideration given. One of the more tenured employees was the worst. Stuck in her ways and not willing to learn a more efficient system. She was also very hard to work with and ultimately the reason I left. Management stuck by their tenured employee. Sad, as this employee is retiring soon and now the company lost a great employee.
