      Pros

      Company cares for under-served population. Good mission.

      Cons

      Very arrogant leadership that starts at the top. CEO and those beneath him don’t listen. Leadership does NOT (ever) promote from within. They keep hiring new leaders who are not skilled. Completely unprofessional company where you need to be of the “good person fan favorite club” for them to even speak with you. Pay is laughable and they don’t care about staff. Horrible.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
