Pros
I love my job! HealthDrive offers autonomy, flexibility and an awesome salary. It's as if I am "running my own business" but with awesome support when needed. My Regional Manager is top notch and ALWAYS a phone call, text or email away, ready and willing to respond to my questions and concerns. My colleagues are my best cheerleaders, wanting me to succeed and feel comfortable in my new position. Corporate is respectful and supportive, also just an email or phone call away. I would encourage any experienced dental hygienist who is looking for a change from the "burn and churn" and "sell, sell, sell" culture at a conventional dental office to look into a rewarding, meaningful career bringing much needed dental care to our elderly population.
Cons
The only con would be a bit of a wait time on occasion when calling into corporate while I'm at a facility and don't have a lot of time to spend waiting.
