I’m sorry to hear that your experience at HealthDrive was not a positive one. As I’ve noted in previous responses, as much as we want to be a top employer of choice,
we do find, like any company, that this may not be the right fit for everyone. I’m not sure I agree with your statement that we are not a company for millennial's. From a hiring perspective we don’t limit ourselves by placing people in generational groups or titles. We enjoy having a variety of people that fall under numerous categories and “tags” that work at HealthDrive.
In terms of technology, we have been upgrading a variety of programs over the last 2-3 years that have allowed us to better serve our growing business partners both internally and externally. These upgrades and additional investments in the company and it’s employees have allowed us to continue our growth and expansion as a company with 2016 being our best year to date.
One final point I would like address is your commentary on the positive reviews and your implication/assumption that the people writing them were given incentives. I can assure you that at no time have we or will we pay or incentivize anyone to write any kind of positive response on Glass Door or any other review sites. Early on in 2015 we recognized that our Glass Door reviews were not very good and that as a company we did not reflect well in terms of these reviews. We have focused our efforts on improving as a company and have regularly invited employees who have expressed their pleasure with the company to write an anonymous review on Glass Door. Based on those efforts and the education of our employees on this opportunity, we are very proud of the reviews we have received and the increased rating that we feel is more in line with the company we are and that we expect to improve on going forward.
If you would like to discuss your concerns further I am always open to the conversation and feedback. I welcome and invite you to contact me at Tdixon@Healthdrive.com.
