      Pros

      I loloud the autonomy this job allowed me.

      Cons

      Was working on patients who could be combative verbally and physically, worked in facilities that were generally not particularly clean, some patients were very ill Bedside care is not ideal for ergonomics. More bending, standing and contorting needed in order to properly access the patient to work on them.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
