Pros

Flexible scheduling, independent work. Efficient communication via email, text, phone call almost anytime of day. While out working in the field I can have any question or concern addressed and usually resolved in a matter of minutes! The salary is fair, reimbursed monthly for mileage and expenses. The CT team is extremely welcoming and always there to lend out a helping hand and advice. Quarterly meetings keep everyone in the same page. CEUs are also reimbursed for. I have enjoyed working for and growing with this company for the past 8 months!

Cons

Many of the homes are over 1 hour drive each way so there is a lot of time spent in the car.

Pros

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

Cons

No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

- kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
