Pros

Eight years ago I left a company that I liked and respected to take a chance on a new career. I have never regretted making that change. The doors of communication are wide open and there is a nice comfort level dealing with every other employee from the CEO on down.

Cons

After eight years working at HealthDrive I have nothing negative to share.

Pros

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

Cons

No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

- kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
