      Pros

      Everything about this company is great: from working conditions/office space to work/life balance. Management seems very open and honest with communication. Incredibly intelligent group of people working hard towards a common goal. Nearly every employee is from a different background, both education wise and previous work experience. Very supportive team to work with: friendly, helpful, collaborative, respectful, professional!

      Cons

      I don't see any cons. May be software needs some upgrades.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
