      Pros

      made some friends, had a caring manager whose hands were tied.

      Cons

      They promise you everything and training HAHA, no training at all and I did ask during my interview. One day you are fine the next day you come in and you are not. It is a roller coaster place to work in with mixed messages. Upper management should ge their heads of of there asses and wonder why people are unhappy and fix it..When providers leave you know its nad.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
