      Pros

      Coworkers were so nice it was honestly hard to leave to go to grad school. Even though the job itself is just data entry and phonecalls and health insurance, the coworkers and working environment made every day fun

      Cons

      Very little vertical mobility. They will hire internally, but most of the people there are long-timers who are working there before retirement, or younger folks who are anxious to move on after a year or two. And the work is basic, but that comes with the job

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
